New issue 873 by b...@gbif.org: [usability] sticky menu on the resource
http://code.google.com/p/gbif-providertoolkit/issues/detail?id=873

What feature would like to see being added to the IPT?

Currently on the resource mapping page uses some repeated menus to allow
user to jump to various section quickly. See attached picture. Because some
core or extension mappings could be very long, for each group the menu and
save button are repeated.

To save some scrolls and make it a bit more administratively convenient, a
CSS trick can be applied to make the menu and save button sticky on top or
bottom of a container div.

I've read the template and it's doable. But would like to raise here to
gather some feedbacks first. Or maybe people are happy with current way?

I like the suggestion, and I would like to mock a couple alternatives to
this idea. It isn't top priority for the next release, however.
