Here is some advise how to improve the IPT.

My student wants to create a resource. He is confused about uploading an
archive file. He just has an excel, not a DwC-A to upload. But he does
not undrstand the difference

My suggestion is to allow at that point upload also an Excel or CSV,
analyse it, and automatically throw that into the source file in a new
resource.
