Some of the changes include:

1) A new class Organism
(http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/index.htm#organismindex) has been added, with
associated terms and with a rearrangement of some terms from the Occurrence
class. This change also resulted in the deprecation of the individualID
term in favor of the new organismID term. Requires an update of the
Occurrence core, Event core (sandbox), etc.

2) The terms in the Darwin Core type vocabulary have been removed in favor
of equivalent terms in the normal Darwin Core namespace. Requires an update
of the BoR vocabulary
(http://rs.gbif.org/vocabulary/dwc/basis_of_record.xml). For example,
http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/dwctype/PreservedSpecimen now becomes
http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/PreservedSpecimen

3) Best practice recommendations have been added for how to populate the
content of Darwin Core terms that support lists, such as
higherClassification
(http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/index.htm#higherClassification) and
higherGeography (http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/index.htm#higherGeography).
The format of the content of the dynamicProperties
(http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/index.htm#dynamicProperties) term is now
recommended to be JSON on a single line. Requires an update to Occurrence
core examples, Event core (sandbox) examples, etc.

4) The Dublin Core term "license"
(http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/index.htm#dcterms:license) is now recommended
for use in Darwin Core in place of the "rights" term. Requires an update to
Occurrence core, Event core, etc.
