measurementTypes in an measurementOrFacts extension file

Currently, if a user wishes to add multiple measurement types relating to a
core, they must repeatedly go through the process of adding a mapping for
each type. For example, mapping 18 types required 18 iterations of
selecting the file and mapping (see attached screen shot of mapping carried
out in IPT at http://eubon-ipt.gbif.org).
