What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.As Admin open Administration panel and select manager
2. Change registration right rights
3. Admin complain that he still has no registration rights

What version of the provider software are you using? The version should be
displayed in the footer of any page.
IPT Version 2.1.1-r4640

What browser are you using?
Safari
