The Citizen Science Association Ethics Working Group is looking for a new co-chair. If you are interested please read more details below. Please share this call around to whom it may be of interest. Thanks!
**CSA Ethics Working Group Co-Chair Election Process**
Ideally, two working group co-chairs serve 2-year alternating terms. Currently, these co-chairs are Claire O'Neill (Earthwise Aware) and Lisa Rasmussen (UNC Charlotte). COVID slowed down our group's operations, and Lisa's term ended this year. We are looking for a new co-chair.
Responsibilities include; setting monthly meeting agendas and times, attending quarterly CSA working group meetings, helping to identify priorities for the group, and assisting the current group's project(s).
This election cycle starts immediately, you can self nominate by sending an email to the current co-chairs with your name, affiliation, short statement of interest (3-5 sentences), and a short statement of relevant experience (3-5 sentences)
Please send nominations to ethics_...@citizenscience.org. Elections will be held during our next quarterly meeting (January 2022 time-frame).
