hi all - things are settling down and i'm feeling pretty comfortable
saying we are going to have eight teams and fifteen (15) meals
available (15 dinners sat, 15 breakfasts sun @ $22/$8) The sat dinner
includes party and your beer for the night. Available to all PLAY ONLY
(a la carte players) and friends and family. Special kids meal prices
available :)

if your friends just want to come to the party, they will buy their
own beverages and food directly from grill. we ask for a 0- $5
donation for the party/music/fun based on what you can contribute :))

(for those on this fb page - can you communicate / get your teammates
to sign up for news alerts here or the google group (i crost post))

are you kids excited or what?? :) btw, the rain that was supposed to
come on sunday is now schedule for monday. (and 7-10 days of that
supposedly) then we are all going to the mountains, right?

yow, +ed.mundo

Hi Ed,
I don't really know what this means, so I'm guessing others may not either. Does this mean that we now pay individually for meals, or are these meals included in the team prices?
Also, I should change my google group setting so these go to gmail. Sorry!

Hey Liz -

I can help clarify!

Meals are included for the players on your team who are all-in for the weekend.

But for one day only players, they have to buy their dinner (or breakfast)

AND - to make a little $$& back since we only have eight teams - Ed is
trying to recruit people to come JUST for dinner and the party
Saturday and pay for their dinner and beer. I.e. Not ultimate players.
If we get 15 people to do that Ed will break even and this tournament
won't operate in the red.

Is that more clear?

Adam
