Yes... although I thought I was paying for them to camp SATURDAY.

Wouldnt it be easier to get up early and clean? I can't change the
contract with Costanoa at this late stage.... can you talk to dan (and
remind him about the $200)

also, i'm worried that with the "just show up" we get too many men and
not enough women. I have two women i have recruited.

so any help with that...

I will call Dan and see what he has worked out at this point, then get back to you. I didn't realize you were paying for it, and don't think you should pay for both nights. Paying for one night should help, besides the lower tourney fees, for any volunteer work they do.
