so it occurs to me (and has been mentioned) that we could scratch
friday entertainment and basically have the tourney start sat
morning. i don't have any fundamental issues with this ... in fact
maybe its an opportunity for me to rustle a crew and cover friday
costs outside the tourney. $5 donation and no tourney beer (kegs
saved till Sat but full bar avail) but bring the sound equipment and
have a little fun. basically i would cover the friday grill rental
(about $100) ...
let me ask the grill if they would rather NOT rent to us friday ....
normally they would be motivated by the extra business....
