Hey everybody,
November's Gay Geek Drinks was the most successful ever (though we've
only had 3 so far) with over 20 people showing up! It was great
meeting so many new people and also encouraging to see a really
diverse "geek" community coming together. We had computer and IT
geeks, manga geeks, train and transport geeks, scifi geeks and many
more attending!
Because it's December, next month's Gay Geek Drinks will deviate from
the "last Thursday of the month" formula and take place on the 9
December instead. Because of the tremendously positive feedback I got
for the last venue (and because I'm too busy to look for a new venue)
I decided to stick with Retro Bar (upstairs)!
