I think you will find that while this earlier posting shows me to seem
over the top, and hyperbolic...my predictions and observations now come
off as eerily accurate (four years later). My claim is that I have the
"gift of prophecy", dedicated to queer liberation. However, I don't
mean to put a Christian spin on it; it's just that we are often stuck
with Christian terminology to best describe such a phenomenon. Due to
my years studies in cultural anthropology, and various pagan
traditions, I would more aptly describe this gift as coming from the
shamanic (non-Christian) tradition.
But if you are not the spiritual type, you could define my gift as a
keen ability to perceive social trends long before most others. This
could come from intensive reading each and every day for over 20 years,
of news articles and other writings pertaining to the sexual minority
issue. To the point where one becomes highly intuitive about future
trends.
Or, some might say it's simply lucky coincidence. Whatever. I'm simply
pointing out proof of my accuracy for those who do take an interest in
my newsgroup posts re. "queer prophecy".
