Should Election Day be delayed if there is a terror attack

Yes or No

Yes, if the seated President is not a Republican. No, if s/he
is.

It's not there now. What's there is:
"Should Osama bin Laden's associate Khaled al-Harbi get
leniency from Saudi Arabia?"
Always ask yourself *first (no matter *what the issue): "Is
the defendant homophobic or not?" Whether or not the matter
addressed has *anything to do with the queer issue (and it
usually doesn't, because of anti-gay prejudice that silences
our voice)...s/he shall be judged firstly *by the queer issue.
IOW:
If the defendant has any history of violence against queers,
or preaching same, then condemn her/him. Matters not if s/he
is on trial for theft, deception, or even truly *innocent of
the present accusation. For once released to the public, free
of condemnation or imprisonment, s/he is also free to
(continue to) perpetrate violence against sexual minorities.
If the defendant shows no history of anti-gay persecution, one
should then look at the actual charge being brought up, and
judged accordingly w/o consideration of homophobia.
However, some homophobes could still squeeze through, since
*no history of anti-gay violence is only an indication that
the person may not have been tested as to his or her degree
(or non-degree) of homophobia. So if possible, question the
defendant in surreptitious (even subliminal) ways, to
determine his or her level of homophobia. *If somehow you
discover the defendant to be solidly *pro-gay, do whatever you
can to ameliorate *any charges against him or her, regardless
of the crime (even murder).
Just always keep in mind that, for the most part, *any
defendant (like any person) coming from a Muslim or Xian
funamentlaist background, is indeed virulently homophobic.
That alone is pretty good conclusion that the defendant is
anti-gay, and justifies absolute condmnation. Of course, if at
all possible, research his or her history, to see if s/he is a
happy exception to this universal rule. At the worst,
relatively *few innocents will be tried wrongly. OTOH, if we
give the benefit of the doubt, so many *more homophobes will
get by, and thus continue to exacerbate persecution to our
queer community. (The *innocent who may be wrongly condemned
would be a mere drop in the bucket, compared to those gay
basher's who'd go undetected.)
One must be cold in dealing with such lizards. One must not
show unequivocal "fairness"...which is a fairness as defined
by heterocentric overlords. Meaning that, if homophobia is not
a consideration in a trial, it is therefore "unfair" to
consider this. This is one clever way the hetero majority
keeps queers under their tyrannical thumbs. For homophobes are
*rarely brought to justice for anti-gay stances and actions.
Thus, we must take justice in our own hands, if we ever hope
to win our rights.
The intimidation by queer Scottish inmates against a 'phobe
who killed one of our own, is righteous...and the only *fair
reaction in a society that for the most part, continues to
look the other way when queers are bashed, terrorized, and
murdered. It is good that things have gone slightly in our
favor--as evidenced by the imprisonment of one who has killed
a gay person...but that is a long way yet, from true equality.
His gay antagonists did the right thing, by making an example
of this murederous bigot. This is just the beginning of
self-empowerment for queers, and vengeance with the support of
Destiny. I can't wait until things ratchet up *further in our
favor! We are "only" 10% (at least) of any population? Well,
weren't African-Amerikans around 6-7% of Amerika's population,
when they massively demonstrated, and rioted, back in the
60's? It was their *concentration in numbers in major urban
areas that gave them so much power...to terrorize *back, if
need be.
10% for a minority, makes us the *biggest minority in history.
And we are insinuated in *every level, *every class, *every
business/military/gov't venue that exists. This includes as
programmers and administrators in powerful, highly sensitive
databases...including those of major financial, military,
gov't, and scientific institutions. Think about it. We only
need to unite as one people: sexual minorities. What would
make us break through this threshhold, to overcome our own
internecine battles of racism, sexism, classism, and elitism?
A genuine threat to our lives as never before. And that is
coming, very, very soon.
We have no need to fear, and every reason to celebrate. For in
so confronting the Beast of Homophobia--even if some are
motivated out of sheer desperation and terror--we shall unite,
and then be irresistably empowered to strike down homophobia
at the root...across the entire planet. We therefore have
*every reason to celebrate.
One must not buy into our stereotype of peacemakers and
educators at any cost (even unto our own destruction and
death.) That is not a true definition of "fairness". But it
*is a definition for "scapegoat".
