A man convicted of numbers of offenses under the UK Sexual Offenses Act and
also offenses including SM & Bestiality, and also taking indecent photo's
of children claims he should be allowed to work with children, friends ,
myself and many families and fellow Gay and Lesbian people feel he should
not be anywhere near children. He is over sixty years old.

Should he be allowed to continue to work as an Ice Cream Man with networks
to serious offenders, history of offences against the child and transport
to carry away a child.
The man has abused many more local children than he has been prosecuted
for, local children are to afraid to come forward, his presence on the
streets, parking near schools, youth clubs, schools for mentally impaired
children and his local history pose a threat to our community.
Should he be an Ice Cream Vendor, travelling around the town and country to
specifically find children with his van?
