Being totally new, perhaps you should read messages in this newsgroup

Belittling the very important issues of homophobia and misogeny in the
military by calling them "blabberfests" is just another tactic to
dismantle the intelligent, informed, and concerned battle by women,
homosexuals, and their supporters, for their equal rights in our
society...the military being a vital aspect in all this.

The women who are speaking out against male bigotry in the military,
all strike me as extremely bright and responsible citizens...and no
doubt make very loyal defenders to our democracy. They have every
intention of making our nation a better democracy than it now is, by
resisting the kind of assinine chauvanism your narrow-minded type spew
like rabid dogs in heat.

The only "clowns" in all this, are the homophobes such as yourself,
"Big Gun", and his ilk. As far as communicating between ourselves
go...well, there are plenty of other threads for you to pursue. Back
off, bigot, or just deal with the democratic spirits that challenge
your fascist ideologies. Can't take the heat? Then get out of the
kitchen!

My, my, aren't we being defensive. Heterophobes such as yourself should
also practice a little decency and not jump all over someone who happens
to disagree with your point of view. Why not try reasoned discourse and
education rather than invective? Particularly for chaps like the guy
you're attacking, who didn't really come down as hard as you proclaim. You
seem to forget that, just as you have "rights" as you proclaim, so do the
other folks who happen to disagree with you.Okotte
