chat client dead

for all intents and purposes chat client is out for use on gay.com

seems all the "web 2.0" is a return to the old days of the walled
garden, a return to the aol days of use our software and nothing
else..

see ya's on irc somewhere maybe.. or maybe on Unite.. :)
it was fun while it lasted too bad the gay.com hit such hard financial
times (well who didnt?) and didnt have enough vision to see bast their
bottom line.

Actually, there are two other chat client projects with great
progress.

The first is Morar Chat for Java, allowing it to run on Windows,
Linux, Mac. I have been alpha testing it for several weeks and it is
very stable; the author hopes to open beta testing very soon. It has
all the basic functions and added features will come after the open
beta proves the foundation to be stable. MORARCHAT.COM

The other is ChatLinq for iPhone/Macintosh. It is in open beta now
and the author only asks that you definatly provide feedback for
trying the early release. CHATLINQ.COM

I agree JG's Chat Client is dead.

Since there is nothing to see for anyone but a select few in
morarchat i'll view it as vapor ware
and since i dont use iphones or mac the other i just as useful.

Glad you mentioned vaporware, definitely applies to Chat Client.
