I need a referral for someone near Augusta, GA who can help with potential POA and other related documents (healthcare and otherwise) for a veteran - estate planning attorney and/or elder law attorney? Family member of a friend and I'd like to point them in the right direction - he already has some mental decline. I also looked to see if there were any veteran-specific programs that helped with these types of documents in Georgia, but didn't find one (other than lawyer referral, and I'd rather they get a referral from this group!).
