Passing Along a Career Opportunity

Run by Harvard founders, the Ladder Career Launchpad is a selective program for college students to work 1:1 with VC-backed startup founders. Projects span AI, healthcare, and tech. 

Founders have backgrounds at Google, Microsoft, and Y Combinator. 63% of the program alumni are studying at top 40 universities such as Caltech, Upenn, and UCB. Many of them leveraged the experience to secure internships or return offers.
