4th Annual Youth & Family Resource Day

Dear Community Leader, Professional, and Advocate,

On behalf of Women’s International Grail Inc., we warmly invite you to partner with us for our 4th Annual Youth & Family Resource Day. This large-scale community outreach will serve more than 500 low-income families from across Atlanta and surrounding Georgia communities.

This is a formal invitation and a genuine call for collaboration. At this time, we are not partnered with or sponsored by any organization for this event. We are intentionally opening this opportunity to leaders, healthcare professionals, businesses, public servants, and community advocates who feel called to make a meaningful difference.

Our mission is to provide wraparound support in one impactful day. We will serve K–12 students in need of backpacks, school supplies, new coats, clothing, and shoes. We will support mothers, fathers, and caregivers who need access to healthcare, workforce development, and essential household resources. We will also ensure that families navigating chronic and autoimmune conditions have access to wellness support and care items.

We are seeking the following professionals and community partners:

Civic and Government Leaders
We respectfully invite local judges to speak with families about new laws and legal rights. We also invite local and state elected officials to engage directly with families about legislation that may impact them here in Georgia. Legal aid organizations and public defenders are also encouraged to participate and provide education and resources.

Volunteer coordinators and general volunteers

In addition, we are collecting diapers, formula, feminine hygiene products, toiletries, new clothing and shoes (all sizes), backpacks, and school supplies. We are also seeking catering sponsors to help feed our volunteers and service providers throughout the day.

We are working toward a $60,000 fundraising goal to ensure every family leaves supported and empowered. A detailed sponsorship deck is available upon request. Donations of $3,000 or more will receive logo placement on the partnership step-and-repeat banner, recognition on select event materials, acknowledgment in media coverage, and an opportunity to address families during the event.

More than sponsorship, we are asking for partnership.
