Please see the message below from the office of District Court Executive/Clerk of Court, Kevin P. Weimer.

 As you are a leader of an organization that is or has been involved in the Multi-Bar Leadership Council, I am writing to inform you that United States Magistrate Judge Christopher C. Bly’s current term of office expires on November 25, 2026. The Northern District of Georgia, as required by law, has established a panel of citizens to consider the reappointment of magistrate judges to new eight-year terms. Comments from members of the bar and the public are invited through April 17, 2026, as to whether the panel should recommend Magistrate Judge Bly for reappointment by the court to another eight-year term.
