Referral Needed - Collections Attorney

Good evening,

I’m reaching out to request a referral for an attorney with experience in commercial collections matters.

The Big Green Egg, Inc. (BGE) is seeking counsel to assist with the collection of an outstanding accounts receivable balance owed by a distributor located in California. BGE is headquartered in Georgia, so experience handling multi-state matters (or advising on jurisdiction, venue, and enforcement considerations) would be especially helpful.  As a practical matter, given the unsecured nature of the debt, we anticipate structuring the engagement on either a flat fee or contingency basis.
