Position: Part-Time Independent Contractor Attorney (1099)
Location: Hybrid, In-person, or Remote (must hold a valid Georgia law license; multi-jurisdictional licenses are welcome)
Compensation: $75–$125 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and motivated attorneys to join the firm as independent contractors. This position offers flexibility, exposure to a variety of cases, and the opportunity to work across multiple practice areas. A strong litigation and trial background and an active Georgia law license are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation and counsel across multiple practice areas
• Handle litigation and trial cases independently or in collaboration with the legal team
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and briefs
• Advise clients on case strategy and legal options
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal regulations
• Manage cases from inception through resolution

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active Georgia bar license (dual or multi-jurisdictional licenses welcome)
• Minimum of four years of litigation and trial experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
