Looking for an accountant in the Decatur area

Hello:

I am looking for an accountant in the Decatur area who can handle an office of 10. Our business is an LLC S Corp with quarterly payments.

1. I am looking for more than just a one accountant operation without a lot of turnover in the accountants in the office. 
   
   
2. I want to deal with the same accountant in the office (I have had an office in the past where the accountants left every 2-4 years)
   
   
3. I don't want to be outsourced out of the office for my return to be done or switched to someone else in the office without
   me knowing so I can communicate with the person if necessary. Also, I want the person to be familiar with my previous return
   
   
4. I want paper copies of the returns after filing electronically
   
   

       5. I want a consistent charge yearly (with reasonable increases for inflation understandable) based on the job and not increased if I make more money

       6.  I don't want random charges of hundreds of dollars for emailing documents for my return or IRS letters I got in the mail about mistakes the

            accountant made

        7.  I want to be able to ask questions or address issues on my return such as Truist made a mistake on my retirement documents last year

5. and I had to get them to fix it. I need to address this type of issue with an accountant to be sure they use the right numbers

       8. I don't want to chase the accountant down to get my returns done 

       9.  I want to be able to communicate by phone not just email if necessary

      10. An accountant who could recommend tax saving tips, if any, would be great too

11. A plus would be someone in the accountant's office who could adjust an entry or entries in my bookkeeper's Quickbooks if necessary

I have talked to a handful of people who are not thrilled with their accountants. Most said the accountants completed their returns

after they contacted them despite the accountants having the documents for a while. Most said their is little communication and no

tax tips.
