Thanks for the report. I can reproduce this using r2.9.6-1773-g006418ab3 (slightly older than the release mentioned in comment #1). Stripping the audio allows the video to playback without issue. Another option would be to build exoplayer with the opus extension, that works for me as well. As for why the platform decoder isn't working I think that would be better handled in a exoplayer bug [1].
