TheUS dollar is one of the most important currencies in the world. It has maintained its position as the main reserve currency for many years, a result of the dollar's historic consolidation as a key international currency.

Coins called "dollaro" were produced in the Spanish colonies in the Americas. One coin had a value of eight reales - this was the case until the end of the 17th century, when the dollar became a separate national currency. The dollar symbol, a crossed-out S, also derives from the way the value of $1 is written as an eight in brackets. Over time, the notation underwent further transformations until it acquired its current form.

In the 19th century, various banking systems were introduced in the United States and financial crises such as the Panic of 1837 and the banking crisis of 1907 contributed to the need for a more centralised financial system.

Established in 1913, the US Federal Reserve System, which is in charge of issuing dollars, plays a key role in shaping monetary policy and economic stability in the United States. It also has a major impact on exchange rates, investment funds and stock markets around the world.

Der US-Dollar (Whrungskrzel USD) ist die offizielle Whrung der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika. Er wird jedoch auch auf den Britischen Jungferninseln, in Ecuador, El Salvador, Liberia, Panama, Simbabwe und einigen weiteren Lndern als gesetzliches Zahlungsmittel anerkannt. Der US-Dollar gehrt zu den wichtigsten und bekanntesten Whrungen weltweit.

Nachdem die amerikanischen Kolonien im Jahr 1776 ihre Unabhngigkeit erlangt hatten, fhrten sie nur wenige Zeit spter im Jahr 1785 auch eine eigene Whrung ein: den US-Dollar. Zuvor hatte entweder jede Kolonie eine eigene Whrung genutzt oder es wurde hauptschlich auf die spanische Whrung zurckgegriffen. Ein Versuch, bereits whrend des Unabhngigkeitskrieges eine eigene Whrung herauszugeben, war zuvor gescheitert. Mit Einfhrung des Dollars waren die USA auch der erste Staat, der auf ein Dezimalsystem fr seine Whrung setzte. Nachdem der Wert des US-Dollars ursprnglich noch an den Silberpreis gebunden war, fhrten die USA im Jahr 1900 den Goldstandard fr ihre Whrung ein. Als 1944 das Bretton-Woods-System entstand, fungierte der US-Dollar bis zum Zusammenbruch des Systems im Jahr 1971 als Leitwhrung. Im gleichen Jahr wurde auch der Goldstandard fr den US-Dollar aufgegeben und ein freier Wechselkurs etabliert.

Die amerikanische Whrung unterteilt sich in Dollar und Cent. 1 US-Dollar entspricht dabei 100 Cents. Mnzen gibt es in der Gre von 1 Dollar sowie 1 bis 50 Cents. Diese werden im Alltagsgebrauch ergnzt von Banknoten im Wert von 1 bis 100 Dollar. Banknoten in einem Wert von ber 100 Dollar werden seit Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts nicht mehr gedruckt und befinden sich auch kaum mehr im Umlauf, sind aber weiterhin als gesetzliches Zahlungsmittel gltig.

Der US-Dollar galt lange als strkste Whrung der Welt. Mit der Einfhrung der europischen Gemeinschaftswhrung Euro hat der Dollar 1999 einen starken Gegenspieler erhalten. Auch der Kurs der japanischen Whrung Yen steht in groer Konkurrenz zum Dollarkurs (EUR-USD). Zudem nimmt der Dollarkurs (EUR-USD) neben den Rohlpreisen Einfluss auf die Entwicklung der Heizl- und Benzinpreise - bei einem starken Dollarkurs (EUR-USD) gegenber dem Euro legen die Preise zu. Das Verhltnis zwischen den Whrungen sowie der aktuelle Dollarkurs (EUR-USD) werden tglich neu an den Devisenmrkten ermittelt.

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant impact of the variable land area, sproduction, international prices, the dollar exchange rate on cocoa export volume simultaneously and partially. For this study the data collection used was secondary data, in which secondary data was obtained through the central statistics agency, ICCO and BI by first carrying out a classical test on each data obtained. The data analysis method was used to calculate all the data that had been obtained using emultiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study are that simultaneously land area,lproduction, international prices, cocoa kdollarsvexchange have a significant effect on Indonesia's cocoa export volume. Partially, land area, fproduction, and fthe US dollar exchanges ratedhave a dsignificant effect on Indonesia's cocoa export volume. Meanwhile, partially international prices have no significant effect on Indonesia's cocoa export volume.

One index that is often ignored by investors when they invest in the Indonesia Stock Exchange is the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI), because through the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index, investors can see whether the market conditions are excited or sluggish. Some things that need to be considered by investors in investing are the dollar exchange rate, dow jones index and the interest rate of Bank Indonesia certificates, This study aims to test and empirically prove the effect of the exchange rate of the dollar, the Dow Jones index, and the interest rate of Bank Indonesia certificates on the composite stock price index during the period January 2016 to December 2018. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with the amount 144 data were processed. The analyzed data were carried out using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that the Dollar Exchange Rate variable had a significant positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI). SBI Interest Rate has a significant negative effect on the composite stock price index (CSPI).
