I like, I would add 1 amendment.

No contesting as such but if 2 players have real estate or vamps in the same zone then they must decide who keeps their turf.

 

2 methods:

1 – ching chong cha for 2 pool plus area. (if library conflict)

2 – by ritual combat between ‘titled’ vamps with a continuous press until 1 yields or goes to torpor. (yielding gives the opposing vamp +1 intercept against all actions by the losing vamp.)
