Please see the email below that contains some important information regarding the Senior Scout Adventure 2022.

 

As per the email, “there are limited spaces still available for participants, so take this final opportunity to fill these still vacant spaces, or forever live with the regret of not having done so.” Please also note that the advancement level requirement has been reduced to Traveller level, but, as a senior Scout adventure, the age limit remains the same.

 

Again, you are asked to please communicate the information below and promote the Adventure within your respective Region.

Senior Scout Adventure 2022, Cederberg 

 

Limited spaces still available 

 

The  Senior Scout Adventure takes place in the Cederberg from the 15^th - 23^rd December 2022.   

The Senior Scout Adventure is open to all senior scouts who are over the age of 15 as from the 15^th December 2022 and preferably at Discoverer Advancement Level. The latter requirement is not obligatory and admission will be granted at Traveller Advancement level at the discretion of your Troop Scouter. 

The cost for participation in the 2022 edition of the Senior Scout Adventure is R4600 per scout participant payable in 2 instalments of R2300 payable as soon as possible and the balance by the 30^th September 2022.   

Currently registrations and deposit payments have exceeded expectations, and a massive thanks to you all for the terrific response.  However, there are limited spaces still available for participants, so take this final opportunity to fill these still vacant spaces, or forever live with the regret of not having done so. !!!

Staff registrations 

 

Can those who have been approached for staffing the adventure, please ensure that you have created a profile and registered for the event as staff at http://www.scouts.org.za/adventureand ensure that your staffing payment is submitted as soon as possible. 

Base leaders required 

 

We require the services of base leaders for the following bases: 

• Mountaineering located on Sneeuberg 
• 4 X 4 base at Langvlei on the eastern flank of Tafelberg. 
• Settler Culture at Heuningvlei.
