We are proud to announce that His Excellency, Bishop Mathew Arackal, the Chairman of the Laity Commission is sending his representative, Fr. Mathew Chandrankunnel to this year’s catholic Meet in Pretoria. Fr. Mathew is the Director of the Laity Commission.
His Excellency wishes you all the best and God's Blessings.
Preparations for the meet are progressing well and we hope that you are also doing arrangements for your travel to Pretoria.

While we have number of people who has shown interest and sent us the list of prospective participants, we haven’t received confirmation yet.
While we are aware of the fact that many of you would like to make final confirmation and payment on the day of arrival, we would like to humbly remind you that it is creating problems in the logistical arrangements of the meet.

The venue needs advance payment so that they can make arrangements for catering etc.
Hence we request you to please deposit the money (at least 1/3rd of the total amount) before 26th of March 2011.
