Below is the mail of HG GCP which was sent to all the PMs. There are some more concerns also ( as we can see in the mail below of HG GCP ) because of which we had to cancel the camp in Mayapur and keep it in Pune on 1st and 2nd of July. We apologies for the change of dates.

Please accept my humble obeisances,
All glories to HDG Srila Prabhupad, Sri Guru and Vaishnavas,
As we had planned to have VOICE Maypur yatra and Annual GS in Sri Dham Mayapur, there are some concerns
1) We are not in position to manage replacement of Utkarsh volunteers to join these camps.
2) Also many working devotees are not getting leaves for these camps.
3) On above the tickets and other issues are going out of control to manage.
4) We found participation of our devotees was less.
Taking all above in consideration, we beg to announce that we are postponing this camp, and tentative dates are as follows
1st and 2nd July 2010 – Annual Gourang Sabha.
3rd to 5th July 2010 – VOICE senior camp.
Venue : In PUNE.
So please kindly adjust yourself with these dates and please make yourself available so that we can serve you.
We sincerely beg apologies for all inconveniences caused to you due to this change.

Prabhuji, We have received a mail from our OC, regarding the change in the GS
schedules...
I would firstly thank you and all the team of devotees for undertaking so much
pain for all devotees to conduct these camps... These kinds of camps, that are
conducted annually help us get together and build vaishnava relationships, and
also nourish our spiritual lives...
Prabhuji, I understand the reasons for which the camp had been postponed...
But prabhuji, I had a clarification and request if you can address it.. Is this
GS camps also meant for working devotees only or common for all (including
working devs and students).. Why I am asking this question is since the dates
are on weekdays, (Thursday and Friday), and if this GS camp is for working
devotees exclusively, then leaves will still remain a concern for outstation
devotees. I had a request, if the camp is for working devotees exclusively,
then is it possible if the dates can be postponed by a day or so. It will be
more convenient from outstation GS devotees view point. (Because some devotees
from Bangalore had difficulties in getting leaves during 14-17 June, previous
GS dates, and it may be so now also..., and some devotees had concerns)
I understand the problems involved in changing the dates again. But if you can
please address this concern, it may help many
I just had this request. Ultimately whatever VOICE authority decides, we shall
follow the same. Of course, I dont have any such special privilege to write
this mail, but as an individual VOICE/YOGA member, i thought I should raise
this concern, as many others may also have faced... I understand whatever
you have decided may have been done by thorough analysis and thought process.
So whatever you decide is what we shall follow...
Please forgive me if there is any thing wrong in what I have written.
