Hi,
 
I have a flat in GC1 - 1st avenue. I received the possession offer along with demand letter. Builder has asked for Rs.90,000 payment for additional funds towards farmer's compensation. Request if you let me know if everyone is paying the same.

Are u added in whats app groups for gaur city?

Yes we are paying to get the possession n then we collectively decided what to against this illegal demand.
