Gaur City GC5 (5th Avenue) Offer of Possession

Hi All,
I have got the offer of possession for my flat in Gaur City -GC5 (5th Avenue). Along with the 5% balance amount, the builder has asked to pay Rs 45,500 for 910 Sq Ft. flat (@ Rs 50 per Sq. ft.) via Demand Draft in favour of GNIDA.
Without DD, they will not give NOC and thus next process (Stamp duty - Registration) can not be initiated.

Request fellow flat owners to guide, whether to pay the DD or not? Also, please inform is there any court case / suit filed against the builder?

Dear S Tandon,

Mine is also in GC5, but did not get any offer of possession till date. Gaurs are sending demand letter of GC5 owners since february tower wise. I talked few people who got demand letter earlier, they (30-40 people) met directly with MD Manoj Gaur about Rs. 50/- for farmers compensation and this additional charges waived off. So we need to keep together and should meet regarding additional charges with gaurs officials in a group.

Hi All,

The emails can go on like this in plenty. Can we all club our phone nos. and create a Whats App group so that all of us are on the same page and can meet/decide on next actionable. Else individuality will not help us fight against Gaur. If anyone has any other suggestion regarding the same, he/she can share.

Also, we all should think on giving a fight towards late payment charges which the builder is liable to give us as the possession is already delayed.
