Gauntlt 0.1.4 released

Hi everyone,

Small update to gauntlt today.  You can now see all the steps available to you use including the aruba steps using this command:

gauntlt --allsteps

You can still see just the gauntlt specific steps by using this command: 

gauntlt --steps 

This came from the last office hours with @hershmaster and @jeremiahshirk where we were discussing the different output parsers and regex options.  We thought it would be nice to see the aruba steps we inherit and are available to use in gauntlt.

Try it out with a "gem install gauntlt" to get the latest.  Let me know if you have any problems with it.
