I'm sure many of you have already learned about the not-so-secret auto-headshot pistol that talks called "Skippy". If you haven't, there's dozens of YouTube video out there on how to get it. Takes about 5 minutes to get.
Now here's my theory: if you select dick-shooting mode in the beginning, and then kill 50 enemies with it, you can have it permanently on headshot mode for the rest of the game (so long as you don't return the pistol of course).
Based on further research, it does seem that STARTING with the dick-shooting setting will indeed allow you to switch over to headshot mode after 50 kills. Yet to confirm if this is a permanent change. I suspect it might be.

I love this. The auto-aim is a snap-on, it will give you auto bodyshots. Within that snap-on, if you aim near the head it will not snap you and overrule your aim. You get crits if you can actually hit crits. Snapping-on to the body outline does not aid you in getting those crits, neither does it hinder.
