1.      Job Title:Civil Engineer

Job Description:

·         Execute and to supervise the day-to-day entrusted works as per the approved plans complying with all quality requirements.

·         Planning, Execute & Supervise the work of sites from HO.

·         Report on the progress of the works on a daily basis from site.

·         Calculate the material requirement and submit request to Purchase department.

·         Prepare the subcontractor bill and verify from sites.

·         Ensure proper utilization of resources

·         Responsible for execution with quality of work.

·         Responsible for progress of work at site.

·         Responsible for safety & quality.

·         Responsible for maintaining records.

·         Should have good commanding power.

·         Should have handled a team of Foreman / Supervisor.

·         Should be smart in managing contractors / workers.

Min. RequiredQualification:B.Tech /B.E in civil engineering

Salary:INR 1,75,000 - 2,50,000 P.A. other allowances

2.      Job Title:Marketing Executive

Job Description:

·         Business Development

·          Market Evaluation & listing of Key market cluster

·          Response for ahieving individual monthly target

·          Co-ordinate with customer

·          Maintain client data

·          Lead generation

·         Giving quotes to customer

·         Maintain client Old & new data

·         Prepare the subcontractor bill and verify from sites

·         Visit client sites

·         Tie- Up with industries & companies

·         Managing  relationship with old customer for future business

·         Report on the progress of the works on a daily basis from site

·         Energetiic& target oriented

·         Good communication 

Min. Required Qualification: Graduate/MBA

Experience: Fresher/Experience

Salary:INR 1,20,000 - 2,00,000 P.A. other allowances
