Introduction to Ubuntu

Hi all,
We will be having our next class on "Ubuntu" . This class will be
about "What is Ubuntu and Linux?", overview of Gnome and some nice
applications, terminal commands, software installation on Ubuntu using
apt-get and Software Center. The class will be on this Thursday (14
Oct 2010) from 6.15 - 7.15 PM in NEB589. If you can, bring your
laptops loaded with Ubuntu :)
