Rename "project" command to "scaffold"

What about renaming the project command to scaffold?
Makes more sense in my opinion as we might also have project generators later.

Like it, more in line with Rails and they must have had good reasons to suggest the same name also.

Good. I think scaffold fits more, as you can do more than create projects with it.
