rpath update

All,

There is a new rpath build which has been created based on group-
gather version 0.1-19-1. This is based on the tomcat deployed gather
and pentaho components and some initial branding of the rapa
management interface. The new version has a problem updating tomcat,
for which I've opened an issue with the rpath ticket tracking system.
I will keep you posted as that gets resolved.

Another update is due later this week with more branding and ui
changes, including a "help" system in the webapp that simply includes
a parallel branch of help web pages for every available normal page.
That will essentially be built-in user documentation.
