Thank you for completing our recent Christmas Draw and welcome to our
first mailshot telling you about our Spring Play. Forget about the
gardening for one night and join us for a night’s ‘craic’.

“Ladies’ Day”

A Comedy by Amanda Whittington

Work, love and life are one hard slog for the Tayto factory working
foursome Pearl, Jan, Shelley and Linda. Pearl is leaving to spend more
time with her husband- not retiring, as she is keen to point out!! On
the spur of the moment she decides to celebrate with an all-girls
outing to Ladies’ Day at Royal Ascot. Has she a hidden agenda? Will
Shelley sort out her problems? Will Jan reveal a secret desire and
will Linda meet someone nice?

Out got the hairnets and overalls as the girls do themselves up and
head for the races. As the day unfolds, the champagne flows, secrets
spill out and their horses keep winning. Will their luck hold and will
they win the jackpot?
