interim hosting

Hello Fort Worth group,

As you know, the group will be temporarily hosted and Aaron and my house until the Rowlands return in early May. In the meantime, are there any schedule changes that would make attendance easier? We are looking into different possibilities such as: meeting every other week, picking a different night, meeting at a earlier time, ending earlier. I know schedules change so many ways depending on the seasons, but if there is something specific that would help let us know. :o)

Earlier would probably be better for us… baseball about to start so it will be crazy…. maybe Sunday? I havent even spoken to Christopher about it. Maybe we could trade off hanging with the kids if that is easier for people? We are just not able to know by Friday what Monday will bring??? Just some thoughts. I just know a group that brings their kids and people trade off watching them. Just a thought. We may not even be able to make any, obviously we haven't been in like 6 weeks!

Hi Sarah:

Our schedules are fairly hectic too with kid's activities most evenings. The childcare set-up we have with your nephew seems to be working great!

We like the Sunday evening / late afternoon idea since typically extracurricular activities aren't scheduled on Sunday. Every other week could work but still hard to predict the baseball games or practice schedule.

We are open to other ideas too - thanks for asking!

Ami, you can take a meal anytime, I can text you the information and you can get in contact with Timmons and Kelly. I'm sure they would both be excited. There isn't much of a schedule to bring meals, most have been brought and a few more are to come. Please let me know what you work out, Donna was wanting to bring some meals and we were also.

I'm with Whitney....Monday nights are hard and it's especially hard to know by Friday what's going on Monday...just my 2 cents.....:)
