New Year group information

Happy New Year!
I for one am very happy that 2011 has been filed away in history. I am even more excited about the opportunities ahead in 2012.
One of the opportunities Sarah and I are looking forward to is a new leadership role in our small group. Sarah and I will share the leadership responsibilities with Dinah and Daniel, as co-leaders.
My first task is to outline some changes to our child care for the group. Last year we were blessed with several very good babysitters with flexible schedules and even a separate location for the kids to play; unfortunately for us our babysitters have moved onto bigger and better things. Also, we will not be able to use John and Ami's house for the kids because there is a scheduling conflict with spring sports.
We have found a babysitter that will work however we only have one so this will limit the number of kids that can be supervised upstairs at Dinah's. Here is our new policy;
· Maximum of 10 kids.
o We will do our best to be flexible if we have one over, however we need to make sure we don't overload our babysitter
o Sarah and I along with Ami and John have made other arrangements so our kids will not be there most of the time. John and Xander will be in bed so there should be plenty of room.
· Parents must register their children before Friday at 12:00pm noon.
o Registering will help use make arrangements for the babysitter, if no one registers we will not have a babysitter available.
o Registering is as easy as sending Dinah, 817-707-0996, a text with the number of children you will bring.
o If you don't register your children, you are still welcome to come however you will need to arrange your own babysitting at your home.
· Parents must provide $1 per child for each night.
o If you register but don't come we would ask that you still pay the babysitter.
