Roundtable: Who doesn't love a good villain?
Some of the most exciting plots for players are those that include a menacing, evil, wicked villain (or villains), but these are some of the hardest plots to run because they can be so fraught with GMing pitfalls and disasters.
There are some excellent resources to read about and similar veins that can be found in many effective villain plots, and some common threads to be pulled out of the ones that crashed and burned. Come join in a round table discussion around how to make a villain work and some things to avoid like the plague. A few hilariously bad crash and burn stories will be shared (and some lessons learned), but please try not to mock the event staff admin too much for her personal experience disclosures. ;)
This is targeted more at RP staff, but of course is open to everyone. It is intended as the first in a hopefully long and interesting series of events. If you have questions or suggestions for future themes, please email Tef...@mu-gateway.net and let her know.
