prayer for my dad

Hi guys,

My mom just called to tell me that my dad has water in his lungs and 80% of one of his lung has collapsed.  The doctors said it is either TB (which is unlikely) or stage 4 cancer.  They're doing a biopsy this Friday.  Would you pray that they wouldn't find any cancer?

Thanks so much for your prayers and emails, everyone. 

We still haven't heard from the doctors, so no news yet. 

I really, really appreciate all of your care and concern. It's meant a lot, especially in moments when I don't have the strength enough to continue praying for my dad.

Hey everyone, 

We just got the news. It's large cell stage 4 lung cancer, which was the worst case scenario. He has 2-4 months if he does nothing, and up to a year if he does chemo. He doesn't have an oncologist yet, so we don't have further info yet. 

Thanks for praying for our family. We'll keep you updated.
