Hello everyone,

The poll for our next study has been narrowed down to the following:

1. The Book of Romans
2. Discover the Fruit of the Spirit - The secret to fruitful living is in our relationship with Jesus.

Please vote on the final two here ------------> POLL

If everyone could please vote soon that would be greatly appreciated. I believe that our next group is May 6th, as Audrey and Benson will be out of town this coming Tuesday. We would like to get this wrapped up before then, so that we can order the study and start right off the bat, next time we meet.

Thanks everyone.

What day?

Also, if you could keep Monica and her family (the co-worker/friend whose been in my/our prayers for over four years now regarding cancer) in prayer these next few days, it would be appreciated. We've got to fill those prayer cups to overflowing!

She has been in the hospital since Wednesday. Cancer has spread to her lungs and she currently has pneumonia. The whole family has flown in and a line of visitors flooded into her room today. A rabbi came in to talk to her about life beyond this one. A relative called in the middle of my visit to ask her to say hi to his dead father when she crosses over.

She is angry, sad and tenaciously refusing "to die." I like that about her. I keep praying for the kind of miracle I've about but never seen (Jesus would visit her in her dreams; she would recognize that he has been with her whole life and that he is loving, good and faithful; they would embrace; he would heal her completely; she would shock everyone in morning and rush to great them the next day). She wants to have lunch with me at work tomorrow. :)

Please pray for stronger faith on my part to believe that she can, indeed, rise up to fresh health. I know it happens! I've been praying into Psalm 18, Psalm 91 and the story of Hezekiah.

Thank you,
Susan
