Hey Shruti!

I dunno if u remember me, I am Sangita from SASTRA University and I
remember u quite well! :) I have got into GaTech too for the Phd
program in Biology. I am also on the lookout for apartments and
roomies. This apartment seems to be fine by me. Though there are a few
points that i wanna get cleared with.
I had spoken to a few seniors there and they said that the 2 bedroom
apartments are all asymmetric, with one bedroom larger than the other.
I would wanna have a room for myself which is why I am considering
this. The way the rent is shared for such apartments is 30% each for
the two ppl who will be sharing the larger bedroom and 40% for the
person taking the smaller bedroom. I don't think it will work out very
expensive for the ppl sharing the bedroom but it will be a fair share
for the person taking up the room individually considering the entire
house is to be shared by 3 ppl.. This is what I have heard from ppl. I
am interested in this apartment offer. Do let me know wat u think.
