WACKER E 1044 is particularly suitable for the formulation of paint or vinyl conditioners. The active ingredient improves the gloss and the depth of image. WACKER E 1044 can be easily diluted with water to get a ready-to-use emulsion. However, the optimum conditions must be determined by own tests.

Storage beyond the date specified on the label does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons.

DURAPOL 1044 Cork & Timber Gloss is a single pack, clear, gloss, moisture-curing polyurethane for use on interior timber, parquetry and cork flooring. It is highly abrasion resistant and extremely durable. Will achieve a mirror finish when used as part of a three-coat system. Designed for interior use only and mostly commonly applied over FASTASEAL 3030. A range of compatible thinners (3310) and additives such as Sureflow Additive (3350) and Wet Edge Extender (3320) are available to achieve different application properties.

Washes in thinners and is available in 20ltr can.

AKFIX 1044 is a very fast set, 2-component, 100% solid flexible coating derived from a reaction of an isocyanate prepolymer and an amine terminated resin blend. This general purpose aromatic pure polyurea has been especially designed to protect and coat concrete, metal, wood, ceramic, geotextile surfaces. The product reacts within seconds and once cured, leaves a flexible, durable, tough surface. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20 C without special conditioning of the component resins and isocyanates. It is relatively moisture and temperature insensitive, allowing application in the most problematic ambient conditions. The material must be applied utilizing high pressure, heated plural component spray proportioning equipment.
