To all Members And Friends.
I hope you all had a nice Valentine's Day, now it is time to think
about our next Dance. Time just gets away from us. It's Western Night.
February,27th, Music by Peter and Edith Mueller. We start at 6:00 pm
till 10:00. Dust off your boots, press your shirts and yes you can wear
Jeans. This is the time! We always have a good time. Please make your
reservations now. Those of you who called and made reservations for
Dinner should have gotten a Dinner Ticket per Email. If you do not have
an Email your ticket will be held at the door for you. No ticket, no
Food. The last Day for Dinner reservation is February 24th., after that
you will take a chance. We can not assume that you want to eat or make
reservation for friends and give the wrong Name. Let's get this more
organized, and all help with this is appreciated. Price for Dinner:$
8.00 per person. Call me early for reservations. Last day for dance
reservations is Friday, 26th of February. So please lets keep that in mind.
Our 65th Anniversary dance is on March, 19th, 2016. Please try to dress
up for this special Dance. It is always formal. Questions call me

Dear Members and Friends.
This is a quick reminder to let you know that our deadline for the
Dinner Reservations is coming up fast . Those who decide to eat have to
let me know by Wednesday February 24th. The last tickets will be send by
E-mail on Thursday . Every ticket has a number and you will have your
Dinner. YOU HAVE TO BRING THEM TO THE DANCE. Let's hope it all works out
this way, less confusions. If any one would like to bring a cake ,it
will be appreciated. I have called members in alphabetical order like it
appears in the phone book. So every one can count on a call from me for
cakes. I want to thank you for your cooperation.
I see all of you on Saturday at the Western Dance.
Shine up your boots and brush of your hats, we are ready to have fun.
No horses at this time please.

To all Members and Friends,
I hope everybody recuperated from our great Western Dance. I think we
all danced more than usually. It was just so much fun. I hope we can
repeat that at our upcoming "Anniversary Dance". It has been 65 years
and we are still hanging in there. Great job and big "THANK YOU" to all
our faithful friends. Without you we could not have made it that long.
Many longtime friends have left us due to health reason or age, but the
rest of us and thanks to new members we are hanging in there.
The date for our dance is a little earlier this month, remember it will
be March 19th. 6pm till 10pm. Formal attire if possible, it is a special
day. Please make your reservations early. I you want to have Dinner
please call me.
The last day for dinner reservations is March 16th. We had a lot of
comments on the new ticket system. It worked out well.
Thanks for the cakes, we had enough to go around. I will call for cakes
this coming week.
Any questions or concerns, call me or one of the other
officers, we try to help, or do the best we can.

To all Members and Friends,

Just a quick note to remind all of you that our deadline for the
Anniversary Dinner reservation is coming up shortly. Wednesday, March
16th is the last day to call for Dinner. Please let me know before that.
Dance ,March 19th. Please try to wear something formal, this is a
special dance. 65th Anniversary "WOW"!!! We do not need any cakes at
this time, but please keep the picnic in mind on April 3rd., we need
about 8 to 10 cakes then. Please get your groups together and plan on
coming. The weather should be fine.
Our General Membership Meeting is on March 30th,at the Fruitville
Library. Starting time 3 pm. Please try to come, remember it concerns
all of us. This is the only time we can plan, suggest, comment on things
that should be different, and so on. So we have a busy time ahead of us.
But we try to solve problems, likes and dislikes. These meetings are
very important.
