Wrong timezone in gpx-file

I use your programm to download and upload my tracks to Garmin GPSmap 60cx. It works perfectly. But when I save my tracklog to a file, the starttime is shifted 4 hours later.

For example 09:25 (timezone Amsterdam) is become 13:25. I think the problem is in the timezone setting. But I can't adjust.
