garli bootstrap analysis terminating early

I'm trying to run 500 bootstrap replicates for a gene in garli. I've double-checked the conf file: 500 replicates are indicated. Yet, for some unknown reason, garli terminates the bootstrap analysis early (first time at 314 replicates, second time at 74 replicates). Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hi,

Take a look at the end of the .screen.log file.  Does it indicate that it completed successfully? Otherwise it might have crashed.  Regardless, you can combine the trees resulting from any completed replicates, whether or not the full runs successfully completed or not.
