Problem with Garli output

HI, I just ran an analysis and the output is not showing the allboot.tre file. Only the tree for each bootstrap replicate. Am I missing something in the configuration file?

Hi Amalia,

There isn't anything in the config file that would turn off tree output.  How and where are you running this (i.e., your local machine, a web service, cluster, etc.)?  Are other output files being created?  If you have it, look in the .screen.log file to verify that the run completed successfully.

If you're still having trouble let me know and we can figure it out further.
