Dear Garli Users,

I am getting the exact same error (only using gcc 4.6 instead of 4.7) on a Ubuntu 14.04 machine. Did anybody know about a workaround?

Thanks in advance

Eike

Dear Tomek,

I had a similar problem on a 64 bit Ubuntu (14.04). I tried to compile a mpi version of GARLI 2.01 on a machine where I installed previously a normal version. So my impression was, that some of the previous config files made the problem. I removed the garli folder and re-extracted it. After that the installation worked fine.

I used the build_garli.sh script with the --enable-mpi option.

I hope this can help.

best regards

eike
