branch length optimization, combined tree

Hi
I am looking for a software that let me optimizing the branch lenghts (for subsequent clade age estimation) of a combined molecular and morphological tree obtained under parsimony with TNT.
I had understand that garli does this kind of task, but when reading the manual I did not find this option.
Am I wrong? Could somebody tell me if garli does it? or what software should I use?
